"We can look into a spell book for you." He chuckled. He was almost positive that if they could find a way to another world they would have better luck finding stuff. Perhaps he would do extra work to get the younger teen something as a birthday present.
He pushed the brunette's forehead backwards trying to make him stumble. "Don't forget I have physical strength on my side shorty." He yawned as they neared their apartment, their 'landlord' lived in the very bottom apartment. It was nice spending a day out and about but he was tired from cleaning.

”That'd be cool, but don't they cost like … much?” Lyricc really didn't know, but he could not imagine such a thing would be cheap at all. However, he didn't get time to dwell on it as a finger touched his forhead and pushed him back, almost making him stumble.
”Hey, I'm not... Fine, I'm short, but I'm gonna show you some day, you know,” he said and crossed his arms, pretending to be offended yet again, though his good mood shined through all the way to the apartment complex, where he placed himself against the wall outside and waited for Kasper to pay te rent so tehy could get on with it.

Kasper chuckled. "We'll find a way. You need to be able to protect yourself when I'm not around." He walked inside and knocked on the apartment door, when it opened he was greeted by the sight of a young woman, much too young for their land lord. He grimaced when the smell of alcohol lingered out.
"Can I help you sweetie?" She had an obnoxious voice, high pitch with an accent.
"Is Mr. D'Ross here?" He asked and she nodded and walked back into the apartment, intentionally swaying her hips more than necessary. He cringed. He pulled out the munny and counted it.
"What do you need kid?" He looked up when he heard the gruff voice.
"Rent." He handed the munny over before nodding a farewell to the older man before scrambling for the exit. "That was horrible."

”It always is. But if we keep up doing as good as we did today, maybe we'll be able to afford a better place soon!” Lyricc had always been the optimistic one, even with his background. It seemed like nothing could bring him down. ”Anyway, off to the outer gardens!”
After a bit of walking, and stopping by a shop to get something to drink during practice, they found themselves in the Outer gardens, which were, as Lyricc had suspected, empty of people. Smirking to himself, he summoned Symphony to his hand holding it in a backhand grip, spinning it in his hand occasionally, as he looked at Kasper. ”You ready for the storm?”
